According to the working schedule, the Committee shall adjust the following bills for the repeated second reading: on the All-Ukrainian Referendum (Reg. No. 6278); for the second reading on amendments to the Law "On the Capital of Ukraine Kyiv Hero City" (re procedure of establishing the district councils) (Reg. No. 7307), on amendments to several Laws (re observance of the secret vote) (Reg. No. 2518), on amendments to the Law "On the Political Parties in Ukraine" (re accountability of the parties for their political and electoral programs) (Reg. No. 1467), on amendments to Clause 23 of the Law "On the Local State Administrations" (re authorities of the local state administrations) (Reg. No. 7344), on amendments to the Law "On Elections of the President of Ukraine" (re restrictions for election campaigns) (Reg. No. 3529), on the territorial organization of elections and referenda in Ukraine (Reg. No. 2630), on amendments to Clause 14 of the Law "On Service in the Local Self-Government Bodies" (Reg. No. 3263), on amendments to several Laws regarding involvement of the public in the formation and implementation of the state policy, and settlement of local issues (Reg. No. 3654), on preliminary training of the members of election commissions (Reg. No. 2787).
The following bills will be adjusted for the repeated first reading: on amendments to the Law "On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine" (re harmonization with the applicable laws on education in part of dismissal and appointment of leaders of the higher education establishments) (Reg. No. 1417), on amendments to several Laws (re granting the status of a public officer to the medical, educational and research personnel) (Reg. No. 3155), on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re social security of the workers of medical establishments, educational establishments, and state-owned educational institutions) (Reg. No. 3155-1).
The Committee shall also prepare the drafts of the Election Code of Ukraine for the first reading (Reg. No. No. 4234, 4234-1).
For March 2011, the following committee hearings are scheduled: "Discussion of the Law of Ukraine "On Regulation of Lobbying in Ukraine", and "Discussion of the Concept Ideas concerning Local Self-Government Reform in part of the Administrative-Territorial Division in Ukraine." Several round table discussions will also be held during the session.
